This morning, we went to a museum which Fendy has been anticipated to go to since the first day of our trip: Mazda Museum. We even got the chance to visit the current car assembly plant, but too bad we can't take picture inside the plant. It is really amazing to see how a car is constructed from A to Z.
Then we took the ferry to go to Miyajima, the Shrine Island. It is such a beautiful and peaceful place. We walked with the deers, climbed the mount Misen, and watched the beautiful sunset in front of the Itsukushima Shrine's giant floating torii gate.
Wow.. car museum.. how come I am not surprised that Fendy insisted of going?!? lol..
ReplyDeleteMiyajima looks very nice... looks very zen too!! :P
I'm so happy to see how my car was produced. The only inconvenient was I don't have enough time to visit all the museum with detail. The tour was only 90 minutes, but at least I had a great time.
ReplyDeleteThe view of Miyajima is wonderful. I love the photo with the Shirne and the sunset.
Was this for Fendy to make up for the sad museum from the previous day? lol. Definitely a sight that not most would think of going. Did you try to sneak some pics inside the plant? :P
ReplyDeleteNo I didn't. Japanese all follow the rules, not like Chinese! lol
ReplyDeletewow miyajima looks AWESOME. good job for the trip planning. I would have never thought of taking a ferry to come here, definitely will mark that down next time i go ;) love the 3rd one in miyajima, looks like atop a canadian west coast mountain with a hidden japanese garden. :))
