Today, we went to Kobe city to taste the world's top quality beef: Kobe beef.
Our chef preparing our delicious meat
Tajima beef A4 tenderloin
Kobe beef A5 sirloin
The kobe beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender! I just wish it was a bit thicker though. The A4 beef was tasty too but was obviously less tender than the kobe one. Fendy was a bit disappointed because he found the kobe beef too fat, but that was my favorite part of it! :D
Wow... I never tried melt-in-your-moth tender beef!!! But is it very expensive? :P
ReplyDeleteYes, it is. It's the most expensive lunch we've ever paid for. >.< Luckily we don't eat kobe beef everyday!
DeleteSince the beef is very pricey, I had a very high expectation. As Alice said, I found the Kobe beef a bit too fat but it tastes very good. I'm happy to have tried it.

ReplyDeleteà part qu'il était tendre, avait-il un goût vraiment distinctif? always wanted to try kobe beef! how expensive was it?
DeleteGod this look delicious!
ReplyDelete(Yes it's the same Anonymous! :p)
Would have liked to see your facial expressions after tasting such yummmmy food! :-)
ReplyDeleteim so jealous you ate kobe beef!!! your pictures are beautiful btw! x0x

ReplyDeleteI think it was! No meat in Montreal is comparable though, not even Queue de Cheval.
DeleteOh dangggg now I want to try it even more!!!!!!!
