Tuna auction at 5:00am: FAILED. We couldn't wake up at 3:00am to get to Tsukiji Fish Market on time for the tuna auction because we were wayyyyy too tired from the previous days. Luckily, we still managed to wake up at 4:30am for the sushi breakfast, which was... DeLiCiOuSssss!!! I usually don't eat uni (sea urchin) and this uni sushi I ate this morning was a pure delight (so joyful to eat it that my photo is out of focus and I didn't care).
I have so many pictures to show and stories to tell, but I guess this post will never finish. I'll keep the details for when I come back and tell you LIVE! In the meantime, here is the summary of the rest of our day! ;)
I never eat a sushi after brushing my teeth in the morning. Since I don't eat raw food, I showed a paper to the chef to ask him to make cooked food for me. The sushi was delicious and very fresh. Honestly, today I feel like to gain 10 pounds because of all the food that I ate.
